Description: AJC’s Washington Regional Office seeks a full-time, post entry-level professional to manage all aspects of the Washington Regional Office’s communications, working with staff and leadership to ensure that AJC in Washington is positioned as a dynamic and vigorous presence among key stakeholders (current and prospective donors, coalition partners, media, the Washington Jewish community, etc.). In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for advancing and managing ACCESS DC: AJC’s New Generation program and for additional programmatic responsibilities as needed.

Desired Education Degree/Level: Bachelor's
Jewish Education: Familiarity with Jewish organizations and Jewish communal life, Jewish knowledge, an interest in international relations--in particular Israel and the US-- as well as knowledge of the Middle East conflict is essential.
Prior Experience: Experience with event planning, public relations, web design and social media is critical.
