Description: Beth Emeth, a Conservative congregation in Herndon VA is seeking teachers for its K-7 religious school. Are you creative and enthusiastic? Eager to apply your Jewish knowledge or to teach in a warm, supportive environment? If you are comfortable with siddur Hebrew and have experience teaching, we would love to speak with you. Please include, along with your resume, a brief introduction and an explanation of which position you are applying for and why. -2nd grade Hebrew/Judaics instructor, Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings -6th or 7th grade Hebrew/Judaics instructor, Sunday mornings and Wednesday and Thursday evenings -6th/7th grade Judaics instructor, Sunday mornings and Wednesday and Thursday evenings -Music and movement specialist, Sunday mornings. This position can play to your strengths and interests. Possible skills required include songleading, Israeli dancing, or Jewishly themed yoga.
