Description: Seeking a ¾ time Religious School Director for our K-7 program of 200 students. The ideal candidate is an experienced, formal Jewish educator with prior supervisory experience. We are searching for someone with excellent oral and written communication skills who is energetic and enthusiastic, and able to work well with both children and parents. Candidate should have a proven track record as an organized leader with the ability to multi-task. Additional responsibilities include hiring staff, staff development and evaluation, curriculum development, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach in the classroom as needed. Minimum Requirements -- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years relevant experience in Jewish Education and supervisory experience.
